About Us

Hope for Children is a child-focused charitable organization committed to working toward the care, protection, and
upliftment of children living in severe poverty. Hope for Children projects in rural and urban poverty pockets focus on the educational, physical, emotional, social, and moral development of children through community-based child well-being initiatives. We work in partnership with civil society organizations, donors, and governments to create lasting change in the lives of underprivileged children, their families, and communities.

Our Approach

Our approach is modeled around bringing change at all levels. We work alongside the marginalized to empower families and communities to lead a dignified life, capable of protecting, caring and educating children to pursue a career of their own choice. We help break the cycle of intergenerational poverty by following an innovative model of community development approach in underprivileged rural villages and urban slums.

Our Focus

Our core focus has always been on giving children the future they deserve. Hope for Children has been serving children living in poverty to improve their lives and meet their physical, emotional, and social needs and give them hope that lasts a lifetime.

Our Impact

In little less than two decades, we have made crucial progress in reducing child malnutrition, expanding education, and providing thousands of children with health care, safe drinking water, and basic sanitation. So far, Hope for Children has been able to directly impact the lives of over 1,50,000 children, their families, and communities by tackling the root causes of poverty.

Children are at the center of all we do. From providing them with education and healthcare to increasing their access to clean water and sanitation, we seek to improve the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of children regardless of caste, creed, colour, or religion.
